Answer: ZeroFilm DELTΔ is a premium content production company. Our primary focus is delivering the content solutions your company needs to exceed the desired goals and success. Each package is custom tailored and designed to fit your exact needs and exceed your demands.

ZeroFilm DELTΔ uses structure based pricing to deliver complete solutions, much like how you would buy a complete family room at Rooms to Go or IKEA.

Question: What is the typical process for a large project at ZeroFilm DELTΔ?

Answer: When our services are requested, the first thing we do is a one-on-one consultation. We need to know what success looks like to you, so we can meet and exceed those expectations. Assuming you are requesting a video production, one of our Project Coordinators will contact you directly to start our process:

• STEP 1: We gather details. We need to know your primary objective(s), what you have and have not tried, and how we can best meet your needs.

• STEP 2: The Project Coordinator will take the information gathered in step 1 and will meet with our planning and production teams. Ideas based on the information you have given us, and the experience we've learned from similar projects, will be taken into consideration to compile what we think is the best possible solution.

• STEP 3: After we have developed the best solution to meet your needs, we will send our project proposal and quote to your primary contact information. We will be glad to answer any questions and concerns you may have.

• STEP 4: Once we have agreed upon a plan of attack, we will then forward all agreements to be signed by your representative. At this time, we will collect our retainer.

• STEP 5: The preliminary calendar is created, and we will confirm dates and preparations with all 3rd party vendors and contractors. License and permit applications will be submitted if necessary, and the proper arrangements will be made.

• STEP 6: The calendar is readjusted based on needs met in step 5. Our Project Coordinator and production crew will visit all production sites to take photos and create rough drafts of project events.

• STEP 7: The writing team will create scripts if necessary. The Project Coordinator will go over these with you and your team if desired. The DP will give his thoughts on how the scenes should look and flow, and the plans will be finalized. The scripts will be sent to the talent (your personnel is applicable) for practice. Teleprompters will be used if necessary.

• STEP 8: On production day(s), the production team will set up the equipment as necessary. There will be at least two walk-throughs so that everyone is on the same page. The different parts of the production will be recorded in short segments, depending on the desired results.

• STEP 9: After production has wrapped, all content is sent to the editing team for draft production. After a draft is created, it is delivered via link for your final approval. Our service includes two (2) free revisions if changes are needed.

• STEP 10: After the final draft is approved, we collect the remaining balance and deliver the content you've been waiting for!
